Annual Inspection Service

I offer three options to assist you in your annual inspection:

1. Owner removes all appropriate cowlings and panels.  I will do the inspection.  Owner will re-install all appropriate cowlings and panels.  Owner is responsible for all servicing.
2. I will remove all appropriate cowlings and panels, complete the inspection and re-install cowlings and panels.  Owner is responsible for all servicing.
3. I will remove all appropriate cowlings and panels, complete the inspection, do all normal servicing and re-install cowlings and panels.

Normal Servicing Consists of:

• Spark plug servicing
• Changing engine oil, filter, checking appropriate screens
• Lubricating all cables & controls
• Repack of wheel bearings
• Servicing of battery if required
• Cleaning of intake filter
• Adjusting tire pressures if needed

I only do single-engine, fixed gear, fixed-pitch, non-complex aircraft, i.e. J-3 Cub, Aeronca Champs, Cessna 140 thru 172, Piper 140.  All aerobatic aircraft also considered.

I have an 18 ft enclosed shop on wheels with everything needed to do your annual.  I can do it at your hangar, or tie-down spot.  Average ground time is one day for option 1 &2, two days for option 3.
